What is Renault Gap Insurance from Total Loss?

A Renault Gap Insurance policy from Total Loss runs alongside your motor insurance policy and protects your finances if your Renault is declared a write-off.

Whether your Renault has been stolen and not recovered or has suffered damage beyond economic repair, Renault Gap Insurance from Total Loss steps in to provide comprehensive cover.

This not only ensures your peace of mind but also protects your finances.

How does a Renault Gap Insurance policy from TLG work?

If something happens to your Renault and your motor insurance company decides to declare it a write-off, your motor insurer will offer you the value of your Renault at the point of loss.

Cars and vans lose value over time, and your new Renault will be no exception. With the average car or van estimated to depreciate up to 50% and sometimes considerably more in just three years, the amount that our motor insurance company offers you as a settlement could be thousands of pounds less than the original invoice price you paid. If you paid for your Renault using a form of finance or lease agreement, you might need more than your motor insurance company's settlement to clear the outstanding balance.

A Renault Gap Insurance from TLG can help.

Depending on the level of GAP Insurance you choose, should the worst happen, it can clear any finance, protect the invoice price you paid, or even top up your insurance company's settlement back up to the replacement cost of another Renault, the same as yours on the day you took delivery.
