We know only too well that what happens when you make a claim, is the single most important aspect of your policy. From the very beginning, we are constantly working to make sure that any claim you make runs like clock work. From the second that you start to obtain a quotation, our system is automatically working out what policies are going to benefit you, should you need to make a claim.

The systems have been specifically designed to work out which policy is best for you as you click through the questions. Other online providers may show you a choice of policies without asking you any questions and then leave the choice for you to make. However, you might make the wrong decision and the policy may not benefit you, should you need to use it.


Gap Insurance Claims Process

We have concentrated our efforts and work very hard with our claims team, to make sure that when you make a claim, that everything humanly possible has been done, to make the whole process as easy as it can be for you. We have a designated claims team that specialise in the claims process and go through it on a daily basis. In the event of a claim, the Sheffield based team, will need to run through a few questions as well as issuing a claims pack for you to complete and return. We know that it may be a tough process at what can be a very sensitive time and that's why each member of the team that you speak to has been trained to handle the situation as sensitively as they can.

They will then talk with your own motor insurance company and agree settlement. This means that you will never be left in the unenviable position of having to play piggy in the middle, between two highly trained loss adjusters.Instead we work hard to make sure that the whole claim is as seamless as possible. This takes a lot of the stress and hassle away from you and leads to a much quicker settlement. Again in the interests of being transparent this not only helps you but also helps us in many ways.
