A brand new deal for Fiat 500 fans

The Fiat 500 has a good reputation for being one of the finest city cars to get you from A to B. It has achieved much well deserved success over the years and it has proven to be a popular choice for many car buyers ever since the very first 500 was produced back in 1957. The car was produced until 1975 which is when production was ended. Not to fear though as in 2007 the vehicle made its triumphant return to the streets and has remained a fixed part of Fiat's line up ever since. It has proven to go head to head with the best of them including the Citroen DS3 and the Mini Countryman and thanks to the car being able to stand its ground against these competitors, it remains a strong seller in the city car division.

So with a background on the history of the 500, you may be wondering as to why we have cast our attention to the car today? Well the answer to your question is reasonably simple, have you ever wanted to own a 500 but not been able to afford one and the insurance aswell as servicing? Well that is where the Italian's brand new 'i-deal' scheme comes into play.Blue and White topped Fiat 500 at Total Loss Gap

What is the Fiat 500 'i-deal'?

The new i-deal scheme from Fiat is aimed mostly at younger drivers on the road who may have trouble paying for things such as servicing and the actual car itself. With the new 'i-deal' scheme, we see Fiat offer you the customer a brand new Fiat 500 on a pay monthly agreement of £239 per month on a three year time period. Its not just the car that Fiat are throwing in though, along with your new 500, you will see the insurance for your car and the servicing also thrown in aswell. This is a very good deal for young drivers everywhere. The insurance for the car is fully comprehensive and this and servicing is all thrown in for that monthly cost. The firm have also brought some new additions to these versions of the 500 they are offering by including what they are calling the I-box. This system will give drivers pointers on how to drive safely and will also encourage drivers to drive safely. This is a very good deal indeed from Fiat and offers younger drivers great value for money.

Can the 'i-deal' increase the popularity of the Fiat 500?

As we outlined earlier when we were speaking of the history of the Fiat 500, the car is a popular choice for drivers and we think that with this new deal coming into play, it could certainly help to increase sales on the vehicle. This in our opinion is the kind of deal that could help to maintain the success that the car has achieved since the fifties and we are highly expecting to see a lot more Fiat 500 models on the road over the next few months.
