Feefo is unlike many other so-called impartial review systems.
The main reason is that to be able to leave a review, you must have had an experience with us. We think this gives a much truer reflection of what our customers and policyholders think.
We say this because, unlike other providers, no one can manipulate a review. Reviews can not be manufactured or even altered, for that matter.
We may not always agree with a review, but it is honest general feedback, and we value it, good and bad.
