The company that owns, amongst a range of leading niche insurance brands, Total Loss Gap are pleased to confirm the purchase of 57 Hamilton Square in Birkenhead. Adjacent to Aequitas Automotive's current headquarters at 56 Hamilton Square, the new investment allows the company to expand to nearly 7,000 square feet of historic Grade 1 listed office space.
The Hamilton Square district, on the banks of the River Mersey overlooking the iconic Liverpool skyline, contains the highest number of Grade 1 listed buildings in the UK outside Trafalgar Square in London. The sandstone faced, five-storey buildings form an impressive location for one of the leading niche insurance providers in the UK.
A significant investment in restoration will see the new building renovated to the standard seen at 56 Hamilton Square today. The mixture of fantastic spiral staircases, high ceilings, and 12 ft sash windows mixes nicely with fibre optic broadband and high-tech telephone systems.
